Cenarth Brie – Made by Gwynfor and Thelma Adams in the heart of West Wales comes this soft, buttery handmade brie with more flavour than usual in a British brie. made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.

Trefaldwyn Organic Blue Cheese – is a multi-award winning, luxurious bold and creamy artisan blue cheese from Montgomery in Wales. Full flavoured. Deliciously moreish and golden in colour. Made with pasteurised organic milk and vegetarian rennet.

Hafod – From the oldest organic farm in west Wales – buttery, nutty and one of our favourites. Made with unpasteurised organic milk and traditional rennet.

Organic Teifi Seaweed – is based on the Gouda-style Teifi Natural, with the addition of locally harvested seaweed. The laver seaweed adds a distinctive saltiness. As with all Caws Teifi cheeses, the seaweed variety has a mellow flavour that gets stronger with age. Teifi is produced by the Savage-Onstwedder family, one of the most celebrated artisan cheese makers, who left Holland to make cheese in Wales in 1981. Made with unpasteurised organic milk and traditional rennet.
