Belton’s Sage Derby – a very old English cheese often produced to celebrate harvest and Christmas, made by Beltons with pureed sage. V

Open Air Dairy cheddar – from the milk of cows milked in the field in Dorset. V

Appleby’s red Cheshire – always wonderful, traditional, rich, slightly crumbly Cheshire U/P
