Pecorino Sardo 100g

Pecorino is the name of a family of hard cheeses made with Ewe’s milk.  Pecorino Sardo originates from Sardinia and is a younger, sweeter version without the dry, salty lanolin flavour of Pecorino Romano, perfect with a drizzle of honey and made with unpasteurised milk and traditional rennet.
