Organic Teifi Natural – 100g

Teifi Natural is produced by the Savage-Onstwedder family, one of the most celebrated artisan cheese makers, who left Holland to make cheese in Wales in 1981.  Teifi Natural is a Gouda-style cheese with a dense, smooth and creamy texture. Its mellow, slightly sweet flavour is very versatile.  Excellent toasted or grilled; melts in strings and is great on pizza. Ideal for those who are after good flavour without too much intensity. Made with unpasteurised milk and traditional rennet
