Beemster Grand Cru Royaal – 100g

Winner of the 2026 World Cheese Awards, a rich, malty cheese from the green, grassy area of South Holland made with milk from cows grazed on  the Podder, land reclaimed from Lake Beemster. It has notes of butterscotch and caramel and lots of salt crystals – a deserved winner!

Made with pasteurised milk and animal rennet.
