Yorkshire Blue 100g

Yorkshire Blue is a hand-made, semi-soft, blue-veined, medium-strength blue cheese with a creamy texture. It is made by the Shepherds Purse Cheese Company in Thirsk, North Yorkshire. Shepherds Purse started out as an idea by Judy Bell in the 1980s working on her kitchen table. The company was launched at the Great Yorkshire Show in 1989 and won 1st prize that year at the Nantwich International Cheese Awards. Made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
