Serves 90-110 Strawberry Fields cake

Unashamedly pastel and very fruity!  Wensleydale with Apricots/Wensleydale with cranberries, Kick Ass  mature cheddar, White Stilton with strawberries and champagne, Delice de Cremiers, Cashel blue,  Barncliffe Brie, Coeur Neufchatel.
