Serves 10 Christmas Time

The perfect end to Christmas dinner – our wedding ‘cakes’ made of cheese are so popular, we thought we would add a Christmas one!  A ring of delicious Colston Bassett Stilton, topped with traditional Wensleydale and a Snowdonia Bouncing berry (cranberries).  Some nuts and berries added – voila – a stunning centrepiece which will serve around 10 people. (With some Stilton left for later with a glass of port).
