Ideal for those smaller events such as a birthday or a smaller wedding or just a great party!   Wensleydale with cranberries, Mild creamy Brie from Normandy, Snowdonia extra  mature cheddar, fourme d’Ambert, tangy Little Lincoln Imp, Capricorn goat. The cheeses on smaller cakes like this are not easy to change,  there is some flexibility with the bottom layer only.
