Ideal for those smaller events such as a birthday or a smaller wedding or just a great party!   Wensleydale with cranberries, Mild creamy Brie from Normandy, Just Jane mature creamy cheddar, fourme d’Ambert, tangy Richard III Wensleydale, Capricorn goat. The cheeses on smaller cakes like this are not easy to change,  there is some flexibility with the bottom layer only.
