Donge Brie Fromage – a classic from the famous Donge family makers of brie de meaux in France, this ine is pasteurised and traditional.

Picos Blue – From Spain a rich, piquant, spicy blue from the mountains, wrapped in a vine leaf and matured in a cave – unpasteurised and traditional.

Appleby’s Cheshire – gorgeous juicy, salty, crumbly cheshire to cool things down! Unpasteurised and vegetarian
