Butler’s Blacksticks 100g

A soft blue-veined cheese made by hand in Lancashire and carefully nurtured during its eight-week maturation process. The cheese is creamy yet tangy and has a soft amber colour. The name Blacksticks is believed to refer to a collection of tall chestnut trees on the Goosnargh/Chipping borders of the Trough of Bowland. Made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
