Spring is coming (as is Mothers’ Day)

We are eagerly awaiting Spring, this month’s little box of cheese includes cheeses with that in mind (and perfect for Mother’s Day):

Delice de Cremiers (very much loved), Lancashire Blue  (creamy and flinty) V, Isle of Mull cheddar (immense, rich and tastes of the sea), Yoredale Wensleydale  (gentle but complex) V,  Kick Ass cheddar with Rioja & caramelised onion (probably as much loved as Delice)! V
