Spenwood is a ewes milk cheese made by Anne Wigmore in Berkshire. Following a holiday in Sardinia, Anne wanted to make a cheese similar to a young pecorino and came up with Spenwood. Perfect milky, nutty sweet flavours and a long lasting aftertaste. Made with unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
