Raclette – 100g

A semi-firm cows’ milk cheese from the French or Swiss Alps.  Raclette is produced in a large wheel and is famous for its melting qualities so is traditionally grilled and served with potatoes and pickles or meats and steamed vegetables.  Made with unpasteurised milk and traditional rennet   If you are planning to use a raclette grill, we recommend that you need 200g per person for a good-sized serving.
