Organic Teifi with seaweed – 100g

Teifi Seaweed is based on the Gouda-style Teifi Natural, with the addition of locally harvested seaweed. The laver seaweed adds a distinctive saltiness. As with all Caws Teifi cheeses, the seaweed variety has a mellow flavour that gets stronger with age. Teifi is produced by the Savage-Onstwedder family, one of the most celebrated artisan cheese makers, who left Holland to make cheese in Wales in 1981.  Made with unpasteurised milk and traditional rennet
