Langres AOC is a cave matured cheese from the Champagne region of France milder and more buttery than it’s cousin Epoisses. Langres has a specially designed hollow on the top, try pouring a little champagne into the hollow and watch it fizz! Made with pasteurised milk and traditional rennet.
