Jerseyhoeve organic 100g

This Dutch Gouda made with organic Jersey milk won Supreme Champion at the World Cheese Awards 2016. It has a very full, rich flavour. Jerseyhoeve means “Jersey farm” and is made with the pasteurised milk from a herd of 80 cows grazing on the grasslands on the island of Goeree-Overflakee where it is matured for over 12 months. Made with organic pasteurised milk and traditional rennet.
