A sweet, nutty flavoured mature hard ewe’s cheese from Inglewhite, near Preston in Lancashire. Inglewhite sheep is a medium-strength ewe’s cheese with a soft, milky flavour. It is lightly smoked over oak chippings, this cheese has a great melting point – it begs you to experiment!  Made with pasteurised sheep milk and vegetarian rennet.
