Hebron Vineyard Natural Amphora Rondo 2021

From Hebron Vineyard in West Wales,  Natural Amphora Rondo 2021,  made solely from grapes from a non intervention, regenerative vineyard. One which works in balance with nature, without any outside inputs, emphasising the importance of whole farm system from soil to fruit.  The vineyard has never been treated with any synthetic chemicals, with natural spontaneous fermentation, unblocked malo-lactic fermentation and gravity led clarification without filtration.

After 11 months in the amphora and half of the Rondo vintage worked in American Oak barrels, the wines have been allowed to rest in bottle for a further 3 months.
