Gouda with Lavender – 100g

Basiron’s colourful and tasteful cheeses are produced in a traditional cheese factory in Overijssel in the Netherlands and naturally ripened on wooden boards. this one is made from pasteurised milk enriched with a seaweed-lavender blend (1.8%), including herbs, spices, and real lavender (0.1%). The addition of carrot and hibiscus concentrate gives this cheese an attractive, soft color. Made with vegetarian rennet.
