200g Young Buck – Gorgeous blue from N Ireland, smooth, earthy and complex made with unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.

200g Mrs Kirkham’s Lancashire – classic Lancashire, grassy, sweet and buttery. Made with unpasteurised milk and traditional rennet.
