Burt’s Blue 100g

Beautiful, rich creamy blue made by Claire Burt in Knutsford. Claire has only been making the cheese for a few years and entered it into the Cheese awards in Nantwich a few years ago in order to get some feedback. To her surprise (but not ours) she won a gold medal! Made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
