A gift card designed for the appropriate occasion will be sent to the recipient followed by an imaginative selection of 5 kinds of cheese (approx 500g) along with a packet of posh biscuits and a jar of specially selected chutney or relish every other month.  Each month’s selection is carefully chosen to include new and unusual cheeses, seasonal specialities and whatever we think is in peak condition at the time.  Together the 5 kinds of cheese will present a beautifully balanced cheese board and are accompanied by fully comprehensive tasting notes and recipes.
