Jenny and Mark Lee are organic dairy farmers based in Torpenhow in the north Lake District. Their cows are 100% pasture fed (they have a break from milking in the winter months). It is a classic Dales cheese, rich and crumbly. Made with vegetarian rennet and pasteurised milk.
