Templegall is an award winning Alpine style cheese, rather like a Gruyère, made by the Hegartys and Jean-Baptiste Enjelvin in Cork, Ireland.
Made with unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet. this cheese contains the protein Lysozyme (egg).
