Made with unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet. 100g Perl Las blue – one of our favourites, a rich complex blue from Carmarthenshire. Made with unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet. 100g Cornish yarg wild garlic – mild, citrusy cheese with the delicate flavour of wild garlic, made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet. 100g Mrs Kirkham’s Lancashire – superb complex, tangy and grassy from the Trough of Bowland. Made with unpasteurised milk and traditional rennet. 100g Rosary Goat – creamy and tasty goats cheese from Salisbury made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
