Red Anster- 100g

On the East Neuk, in the kingdom of Fife sits the farm of Jane and Robert Stewart where their herd of Friesian cows gaze out over the Firth of Forth. This, one of their signature cheeses, is a delightful crumbly red cheese with a handful of fresh chives and a little garlic added to make a naturally flavoured cheese.   Anster is named after the local harbour town of Anstruther.  Made with unpasteurised milk and traditional rennet.
