200g Sparkenhoe Red Leicester– a truly authentic cheese made by David and Jo Clarke of the Leicestershire Handmade Cheese company in South West Leicestershire with unpasteurised milk and traditional rennet.

200g  Hebridean Blue – Gorgeous blue from the Isle of Mull, strong spicy and creamy Imade with unpasteurised milk and traditional rennet.

200g Appleby’s Cheshire- the only traditional Cheshire cheese left, grassy, sweet and buttery. Made with unpasteurised milk and traditional rennet
