Peter’s Yard Original Sourdough Crispbread with spelt and fig – 100g

These sourdough crispbreads are made using a Swedish recipe with simple, natural ingredients including organic flour, fresh milk and precious sourdough, which is allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is made. Baked until golden and crisp, they are the natural choice for smoked salmon, cheese or pâté.
