One of our favourite sessions! Learn about the history of British Cheese and some of its finest examples by following in the footsteps of one of our cheese heroes, Patrick Rance, a shopkeeper who travelled the length and breadth of Britain during the 1950s and 1960s encouraging and cajoling cheesemakers to ensure that our cheesemaking heritage was not lost. If you like beautiful classic cheeses, cheese tales with a glass of wine, this is the evening for you.
10 cheeses, accompaniments and a glass of wine (or non alcoholic option).

A note about cancellations:
Please note that you may ask for a refund for cheese school places you have purchased and wish to cancel up to one week before the event. Places cancelled with less than one week’s notice are non-refundable, you can, however, ask to swap your places to a new date/session but please note a £10 admin fee per person will apply if less than 7 days notice is given to change the date.
