The perfect end to a Christmas dinner – with our wedding ‘cakes’ made of cheese being so popular, we thought we would add a Christmas one. A ring of delicious Colston Bassett Stilton topped with traditional Wensleydale and a Snowdonia Bouncing berry (cranberries). Some nuts and berries added – voila – a stunning centrepiece which will serve around 10 people. (With some Stilton left for later with a glass of port)
