Brie De Meaux – 100g

The classic brie, with a distinctive “cabbage” flavour. Made since the 8th century just outside of Paris, it was originally known as the Kings cheese, but became known as King of cheeses following the French revolution! Brie de Meaux is often lauded as the world’s finest cheese and we only stock what we consider to be the finest version of the cheese which has been made by the Donge family in Triconville since the 1930s.
