Berkswell Ewe – 100g

One of our favourite sheep’s milk cheese! Berkswell Ewe comes from Ram Hall in the West Midlands. It has a classic nutty, sheep’s milk flavour with complex fruity overtones, similar to Ossau Iraty but with greater depth of flavour. Matured for 4-8 months. Made with unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
