Barncliffe Brie -100g

Handmade by Danny and Carole Lockwood at Shelley, near Huddersfield, the only brie made in Yorkshire uses the milk of Meuse-Rhine-Issel cows. It has a lovely creamy, golden paste with a hint of the vegetal flavour of a French Brie. Made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
