A Little Box of Cheese Selection – Winter Wonderland

Cropwell Bishop Stilton, Chaource, Open Air Dairy cheddar, Cotherstone and a special Ewes milk cheese from Spain which has spent some time bathing in a Sherry cask! We are calling it Winter Wonderland (because that sounds better than “it’s cold and icy and we are shivering in the shop hoping for a customer”)…..
